PTFE is non‑melt‑processable with the highest temperature resistance (260°C). FEP is melt‑processable, transparent, and softer – ideal for tubing and liners. PFA combines melt‑processability with similar chemical resistance to PTFE, suitable for high‑purity semiconductor applications. Kaxite supplies all three with full custom machining.

For standard materials (PTFE/PFA sheet or rod), lead time is 7–10 days for samples. Mass production usually takes 15–20 days. Expedited service (5 days) is available upon request.
