Gives excellent wind-proof,water-resistant,warmth-keeping,breathable and stable per
PTFE micro-porous membrane is produced by special dual-elongation process to get the light-weight and
pliable film whose thinckness is 0.025mm,opening rate is 82%,and the maximum diameter of the pore is
0.2.These are about nine million pores per square inch ,and the diameter is 20 times bigger than the one
of the molecular of water,20 thousand times smaller than the drop of water,which gives the film exellent
wind-proof,water-resistant,warm-keeping ,breathable and stable performance.So the film is the right
material to make high-class laminated fabric.
Meanwhile,it is also widely used in the construction and water treatment fields for it has the excellent
water-resistant ability special micro-porous structure.The film meets the requirement of the standard
of "Q/HS004-2000 PTFE Flim Standard".
PTFE Membrance can be used with just about every filter medium. Acrylic,PPS, P84 and Nomex all can be
coated eptfe membrance as base filter media
